Executive Directives

	Reporting - Do colleges and universities need to provide a report under ED 2003-07?

	Reporting Date - The date for submittal of the information related to the letter concerning data submittal for Executive Order 2003-07 and 2003-09 is 4/30/03. In Executive Order 2003-09 it states that Departments must submit their response by 5/30/03.

	Financial - Are agencies responsible for the total cost of the vehicle if it is disposed of prior to the lease period unless it can be redeployed?

	Maintenance - Can Drivers use the WEX card for oil changes?

	Financial - Does the radio and quipment need to be removed before the sale of the vehicle?

	Reporting - Do Department Director Vehicles require justification as part of ED 2003-07?

	Guidance - Should the Reasonable Accommodations process be modified as a cost savings issue and is it being abused?
