When do we report taxable personal use of a VS provided vehicle through the Annual Lease Value Method (Special Valuation Reporting.)?
 
Answer:
Complete the VTS-712 form on the 5th day following the end of each reporting quarter. Quarters end January 31, April 30, July 31 and October 31.
