I need a replacement fuel card, what do I do?

Report lost, damaged, or stolen WEX (Wright Express Universal Fleet), or Fuelman cards immediately to the Vehicle Services Parts Unit at (517) 322-5135. Replacements should take less than 5 days and will be sent to the location address requested. Should you have to fuel and pay out of your own pocket, you can get reimbursed by completing the DMB-47 form and attaching the fuel receipt. DO NOT use a card from another vehicle.
