Does the contracted travel agency have to make these reservations, since they exceed the state rate?   Clarify when you can claim the tips and incidental rate of $2.00 per day?   I travel with several boxes of pamphlets and electronic equipment for presentations. The $2.00 incidental rate does not pay for assistance with the extra business baggage. How do I get reimbursed the additional expense?   Can an employee pay for and receive reimbursement for a guest(s)?   When can employees receive the group meal reimbursement rate?   When can an employee who is at their workstation receive reimbursement for meals?   If I choose to drive my car to training, can I be reimbursed for mileage?   If I'm traveling on State business and get a parking ticket, does the state reimburse me for this?   When will I be reimbursed for my travel expenses?   Can contractors utilize the State of Michigan contracts with the airlines?   When can an employee choose a non-contracted carrier (airline) for air travel?   If I can find airfare cheaper than the contracted agency or contracted fare, can I book it myself through another agency, internet site, or 1-800 number?   If I book air travel directly with an airline or online through Travelocity and I need to make changes, can I call the contracted travel agency for help?   Can I book the contracted airfare through another travel agency?   If I leave my home at 6:00 am to go to training and get to the training at 9:00 am, can I get reimbursed for breakfast?   I cannot find the profile form on the Internet, how else can I obtain it?   How do I find out who our departments travel coordinators are?
