One or more domestic limited partnerships may merge or consolidate with one or more domestic or foreign limited partnerships under a plan of merger or consolidation as provided in the Act. One or more domestic limited partnerships may merge into one or more business organizations if the requirements of the Act are satisfied. After the plan of merger is approved, a Certificate of Merger (BCS/CD 550m) must be filed with the Bureau by one or more of the general partners.
