The Certificate of Limited Partnership must be amended within 60 days after a change in the amount or character of any limited partner's contribution or obligation to contribute, the admission or withdrawal of a partner, or the continuation of the business after the withdrawal of a general partner. A Certificate of Amendment (BCS/CD 403)should be completed and filed to make any corrections or changes to the information contained in the Certificate of Limited Partnership.
