Any foreign profit corporation not authorized to transact business in this state and not required to be authorized to transact business in this state may register its corporate name.  An Application for Registration of Corporate Name (form BCS/CD-545) may be used.  The registration will expire on December 31 and can be renewed each year prior to that date.  A preprinted form is mailed to the corporation 90 days prior to expiration.
