If the corporation is to have members, indicate the qualifications of the members in the Articles of Incorporation or include them in the by-laws of the corporation. If the members of the nonprofit corporation are to be divided into classes, the relative rights and limitations of the different classes and their extent shall be indicated in the articles or set forth in the by-laws. Details on meetings and voting are subjects that need not be included in the articles.
