-Michigan Nonprofit Corporations - Pursuant to section 922(1) of the Nonprofit Corporation Act, if a corporation neglects or refuses to file any annual report or pay the filing fee as required by law for a period of 2 years from the date on which the annual report or filing fee was due, the corporation shall be automatically dissolved on October 1, 2008.

-Foreign Nonprofit Corporations - Pursuant to section 922(2) of the Nonprofit Corporation Act, if a foreign corporation neglects or refuses for 1 year to file the annual report or pay the annual filing fee, its certificate of authority is subject to revocation on October 1, 2008.
