-Michigan Nonprofit Corporations - Pursuant to section 922(1) of the Nonprofit Corporation Act, if a corporation neglects or refuses to file any annual report or pay the filing fee as required by law for a period of 2 years from the date on which the annual report or filing fee was due, the corporation shall be automatically dissolved on October 1, 2008.
