REAL ESTATE MINIMUM SERVICES REQUIRMENT AMENDMENTS TOOK EFFECT  JULY 1^st

Public Acts 90 and 91 of 2008 became law effectiveJuly 1, 2008. The amendments to the Occupational Code create minimum services requirements for licensees who act as sellers' and buyers' agents.  These requirements are not applicable for licensees acting as transaction coordinators.
