• Business Enterprise Program (BEP) Eligibility
Eligibility for the Michigan Commission for the Blind's Business Enterprise Program and training

• Licensing
The license is a written certificate issued by the State Licensing Agency to an operator assuming the responsibility of his/her vending facility.

• Training
Each candidate for the program will be evaluated in the following areas:

• Referrals
When the client and counselor believe that the selection of a vocational objective as a vending facility operator is appropriate, a request for an interview with a member of the Business Enterprise Program staff is to be encouraged.

• Elected Operators Committee Overview
The Elected Operators Committee meets a minimum of four (4) times each year. Committee actions may affect the administration of the program.

• Randolph-Sheppard Act
