The National Federation of the Blind (NFB) summer state board meeting will be at the Ashman Court Marriott, 111 W. Main Street, in Midland.

The Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) will hold its bimonthly meeting on August 16, 2004, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pine Mountain Resort, N332 Pine Mountain Road, in Iron Mountain. (Note: Iron Mountain is in the Central Time Zone.)

Sep 03 / 04 | Mini Adjustment Program in Grayling Aug. 29 - Sept 3, 2004
This weeklong event will provide Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) clients with training in a variety of skills of blindness, including cane travel, Braille, adaptive kitchen skills, dealing with time and money, and adaptive computer technology.
