	Oct 08 / 03	Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) 25th Anniversary Celebration The Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) will celebrate its 25th anniversary at the MCB Training Center in Kalamazoo from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
	Oct 12 / 03 - Oct 18 / 03	"Investing in Ability Week" in Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm has issued a proclamation designating the week of October 12, 2003, as "Investing in Ability Week."
	Oct 15 / 03	National Disability Mentoring Day Oct. 15, 2003 Disability Mentoring Day coincides with National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
