Do minor employees have to be supervised by an adult? Agency: Energy, Labor & Economic Growth
Yes, a minor shall not be employed in an occupation unless the employer or an employee 18 years of age or older provides supervision. Supervision means being available to direct and control the work of minors and to be available to render assistance in case of an emergency.
