MPSC Seeks Comments on 2004-2005 Michigan Renewables Energy Program Report

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today said it is seeking public comments on the MPSC staff’s recently released 2004-2005 Michigan Renewables Energy Program report by Jan. 31, 2006.

 

The Commission has selected this case for participation in its electronic filings

program.  For those individuals already participating in the electronic filings program should file as they normally would.  Other comments may be e-mailed to mpscefilecases@michigan.gov.  Written comments should be mailed to the Executive Secretary, Michigan Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 30221, Lansing, MI  48909.  All comments should reference Case No. U-14345 and must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2006.  Comments received on this matter will become public information.

 

The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Labor & Economic Growth.
