The Executive Services Division provides staff support services to the Commission. The Hearings and Appeals Section is responsible for receiving and recording all violation reports (3,514 in calendar year 2001). The Hearings and Appeals Section also schedules violation hearings (1,634 in calendar year 2001) with 3,142 orders issued in calendar year 2001. The Commission Aides assist in writing Appeal Orders for the Commission, they also process administrative rules, analyze proposed legislation and respond to inquiries from the Governor and Director of Labor & Economic Growth.
