Loan Officer Examination Development & Administration: This is a Request for Propposal (RFP) for mortgage loan officer examination development and administration. The contractor will be responsible for: (1) collection and retention of loan officer pre-registration education certificates of completion (2) examination development, (3) examination administration of a loan officer examination, (4) Manage Education Provider and Course Approvals, and (5) Manage Continuing Education Credit Reporting Process, that is in compliance with the provisions of the Mortgage Brokers, Lenders,and Servicers Licensing Act, 1987 PA 1973.
