The Department of Information Technology Office of Employee and Financial Services (OEFS) is responsible for the oversight of the department's human resource functions, facilities management,and budget and financial management.  The Office is led by Palmer Giron and works in conjunction with the Department of Management and Budget to provide services to MDIT employees.
