• Michigan Commission for the Blind Training Center The Michigan Commission for the Blind Training Center (MCBTC) provides training and services to blind and visually impaired residents of the state of Michigan and elsewhere. MCBTC staff believe in the capabilities of individuals who are blind to participate in every activity of daily living.
• Business Enterprise Program The purpose of the Michigan Commission for the Blind's (MCB) Business Enterprise Program (BEP) is to provide individuals who are blind and visually impaired with opportunities for employment, to increase the economic opportunities available to people who are blind and visually impaired, and to increase awareness and encourage the pursuit of these opportunities.
