Introduction

Surplus Lines Producer
Only a person licensed under Chapter 19 and Chapter 12 of the Michigan Insurance Code may solicit insurance, or bind coverage, or in any other manner act as an agent or broker in the transaction of surplus lines insurance, and comply with Sections 500.1204 to 500.1206 or 500.1206a.
