Worker Safety - Lisa's Law

Lisa's Law, 2001 PA 22, made it a crime to threaten or physically harm a DHS employee. Related laws required DHS to provide safety training for workers, required DHS to request law enforcement assistance in unsafe situations, and criminallized impersonation of a DHS employee.
