Discriminatory Harassment Prevention

The OEODP serves as the lead investigator for all discriminatory harassment complaints and makes the final determination regarding substantiation. All investigative reports/records are centrally maintained in this unit.

Major activities in this area are:

  • Investigating complaints
  • Providing statewide training
  • Providing employee consultations/counseling
