What steps has the state taken to protect customer privacy?
 
Answer:
All of our systems meet federal and state privacy laws and regulations. The state takes privacy concerns very seriously. Only authorized staff have security clearance to access any auditory data. Transaction data is limited to that which is necessary to address federal regulations and adjustments when necessary.
