Michigan SARA Title III ProgramSARA Title III is a federal act, and is enforced in Michigan by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The requirements are implemented in Michigan under an executive order from the Governor.
SARA Title III Reporting
The Michigan SARA Title III Program oversees reporting under SARA Title III. It is housed in the Department of Environmental Quality's Office of Environmental Assistance and receives all reports on behalf of the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC).
There are NO FEES associated with reporting under SARA Title III in Michigan.
