Streamline Permit Program Description

STREAMLINE SEWER PERMIT PROGRAM

 

  A Program To Reduce Review Effort And

Improve Permit Turnaround Time

 

The program includes the following steps:

 

1.             Design Engineer completes streamline checklist for qualifying project(click here to download checklist)

2.             Design Engineer signs, seals, and certifies accuracy of information on streamline checklist; then submits it with Part 41 application and Plans & Specifications

3.             DEQ performs limited review

 

DEQ Reviews will be limited to:

 

1.             Basis Of Design

2.             Sewer Slope

3.             Outlet Capacity

4.             Cover over sewers

5.             Water System Isolation

6.             Cursory Plan Review For Layout And Legibility

 

Note:    Some streamline sewer permit projects will be audited with a complete design review.
