The following guidance pertains to reporting information required under the AWR Program

Part I - Section 1 of the wastewater report is addressed in this guidance.

Section 1 - Report Year

Each facility reporting under the AWR Program is required to do so annually on August 1 of every year.  Wastewater reports cover data based on a calendar year.  Hence, data tracking and reporting should be based from January 1st through December 31st, with submittal of wastewater reports occurring on August 1st the following year.

If you are amending a previously submitted wastewater report to the DEQ, please ensure you check the appropriate box in Section 1, indicating the report is amended.
