Industrial PermitsAgency: Environmental Quality
The issuance of an NPDES permit or certificate of coverage does not authorize violation of any federal, state or local laws or regulations, nor does it obviate the necessity of obtaining such permits, including any other DEQ permits, or approvals from other units of government as may be required by law.
General Permit :
Michigan's general permit for storm water discharges associated with industrial activity at facilities with secondary containment structures or where monitoring of storm water discharges may be necessary.
General Permit (with monitoring) :
- MIS320000 - Cycle 3 watershed (expires April 1, 2013)
- MIS320000 - Cycle 3 watershed (effective April 1, 2013)
