Hearing numbers:
Starting in 2007 the (A) at the beginning of the numbers has been dropped.  The (A) designated that the hearing was done administratively instead of in front of the Oil and Gas Advisory Board.  There has been no board for several years and all hearings are handled administratively now so the (A) designation is not really needed.  Also, the month has been dropped from the number.  The causes are numbered consecutively followed by the year.
The (M) prefix means it's a Mineral Well hearing, not and oil and gas hearing.
Previously the first number is the consecutively numbered hearing for the year, the second number is the month of the hearing, and the third number is the year for the first scheduled hearing.  For example, 11-5-06 is the 11th hearing of the year, originally scheduled for May (the 5th month) of the year 2006.
