The Brownfield Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund (BCRLF) Program was initiated in 2004 to seek brownfield cleanup projects from local units of government which would have an identifiable source or repayment of the loan funds. This loan is federally funded, and so requires an applicant to meet all federal criteria. For information regarding federal requirements, please see the

. Currently, no funds are available from this loan program.
Funded Project: Cleanup of the former Benton Harbor Malleable Industries property for the Harbor Shores development, Benton Harbor, MI.
Loan Recipient: Berrien County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
Site work completed in August 2007.
