Discussion Group. The proposal was presented in three sessions. The first session, covering the proposed redesign of
liable party remedial obligations, was presented November 7, 2008. The second segment, covering the proposed redesign
of due care obligations, liability protections and brownfields was presented
December 18, 2008.
The third segment, covering compliance and enforcement provisions of the
proposed redesign was presented on
January 22, 2009.
