The ESSD Bulletin, formerly the EAD Bulletin, is an informational newsletter produced and distributed by the Environmental Science and Services Division (ESSD). This publication is designed to provide readers with an overview of current programs and services available from ESSD and the Department of Environmental Quality. In addition, the ESSD Bulletin covers timely topics of interest on pollution prevention, recycling, new publications, workshops and training, permitting issues, deadlines for filing applications, organizational changes, and many others.
