Toxic Chemical Release Inventory (TRI)
Section 313 of the Emergency Planning Community Right-to-Know Act
of 1986 requires EPA to establish an inventory of routine toxic chemical emissions from certain facilities. Facilities subject to this reporting requirement are required to complete a Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Form (Form R) for specified chemicals.
| 2008 TRI DATA RELEASED:
Toxic Chemical Release Inventory preliminary data for Report Year 2008 has been released by the EPA.
Baseline data is at www.epa.gov/tri/tridata/tri08/early_data/indexearlyhome.html. The Public Data Release (PDR) analysis and reports should be released in mid-December 2009. The EPA TRI On-line Databases will be updated with the 2008 data after the Public Data Release. |
