  • Do not give out confidential information like passwords or account information to anyone.
  • Co-workers, as well as criminals or intruders, can also be malicious if they attempt to gain confidential information without authorization.
  • Do not send confidential information unless you encrypt it - if the information goes over the internet, anyone can potentially intercept and view it .

    Sensitive data is like a prescription, it should only be used by those who need it and are authorized to use it.
