Project: The Keweenaw Family Resource Center is using the Watch Me Grow program of home visitation services, using the Parent as Teachers (PAT) model to enhance and generate programs for high risk parents, rurally isolated families with young children, and for pregnant teens. Other components of the program include community open playgroups, parenting sessions and universal recruitment.
