Project: The Parent as Teachers program expansion will serve an additional 80 Latino families. Two bilingual parent educators will deliver monthly home-based personal visits using the Born to Learn Curriculum. All participating parents will be encouraged to attend monthly group meetings with their children. All children will be routinely screened for developmental delays using the Brigance Screen and will also receive hearing and vision screening.
