Literature Request Form

The Michigan Children's Trust Fund provides free public awareness materials to individuals or agencies that will use them to advocate the prevention of child abuse and neglect in Michigan.

This form is our way of making it accessible for anyone to request these resources. To receive any of these items please provide us with your contact information, fill in the quantity of items desired, and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Note: Only limited samples will be shipped out of the State of Michigan and due to the cost of shipping we are unable to send this material to destinations outside of the continental United States.

Order a CTF sample packet, which will include one each of all of the items listed below (subject to availability) along with some other helpful material from CTF partners. This is an excellent resource for those who would like to preview items before possibly ordering large quantities, or someone who wants to distribute sample packets to participants for a presentation or event.

Shaken Baby Syndrome Prevention

CTF's Shaken Baby Syndrome materials are spreading the message about prevention of this child abuse problem. In Fiscal Year 2008 we have distributed almost 120,000 pieces of Shaken Baby materials throughout the state of Michigan.

Income Tax Check-Off
Check to protect, keep kids safe

In January, 2006, Governor Jennifer Granholm signed legislation reinstating the ability for Michigan taxpayers to donate to the Children's Trust Fund on their income tax form. Click here for a news release on the legislation. You can help CTF raise funds for prevention by distributing material on this program.

In June, 2007, the new Children's License Plate became available for purchase from the State of Michigan Secretary of State. View the news release on this campaign. Request this material to help CTF promote this speciality license plate.
