Clifford Lake Polar Plunge to Support Special Olympics - Michigan
Special Olympics Michigan and the Clifford Lake Inn have teamed up for a great winter carnival with a focus on the polar plunge. The three-day event will draw many people and will help enhance participation and support of the Clifford Lake Polar Plunge.This year the polar plunge has turned in to a three-day Winter Carnival with events like cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, chili cook-off, Texas Hold'em, fireworks, ice skating, putt-putt golf on the lake, music, the polar plunge and more. All the proceeds are still going to the Law Enforcement Torch Run's effort for Special Olympics Michigan. Please help the Department promote this worthy cause by coming to the Clifford Lake Winter Carnival and Polar Plunge February 2-4, 2011.
