  1. For IRS purposes, can we split the prizes on Rock and Rollover charity game ticket so we can stay under the $600 limit?

    No.  According to the information we have received from the IRS, you cannot separate the prizes to avoid collecting the player information on charity game ticket winnings over $600.

  2. Can we open and sell two boxes of Rock & Rollover charity game tickets simultaneously?

    No.  Only one box may be opened and sold at a time.  A winner must be determined before a new box may be opened and sold.
    NOTE: Prior to selling any tickets from a new box of Rock & Rollover charity game tickets, the licensee must verify that the serial number on the flare card matches the serial number on the box.  If these serial numbers do not match DO NOT SELL THE TICKETS.  Your supplier should be contacted and advised of this situation.
