Welcome to the Administrator Data Review (ADR) application developed by the Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI). We created the ADR as the first step in providing useful information back to the intermediate school district (ISD), local education agency (LEA) district and public school academy (PSA) district staff members from the educational data they submit to CEPI each year.

In order to access the ADR, you must have a valid Michigan Education Information System (MEIS) account and have submitted an ADR security agreement form signed by the district superintendent. At this time, the ADR is available only to ISD and LEA superintendents, PSA administrators and the Single Record Student Database/Unique Identification Code (SRSD/UIC) authorized users.

This form may be typed online using Adobe Acrobat Reader (see below) and then printed. If a form is incomplete or illegible, processing time may be delayed. Fax the completed and signed form to CEPI at (517) 335-0488, as indicated on the form. Please note: This form requires the signature of a district/ISD superintendent or a public school academy chief administrator.
