Members: State Treasurer; Governor, and Lt. Governor

Recommends approval of: awards of State construction and related professional service contracts; property leases for use by State agencies; establishment of State rental rates; matters relating to sales, acquisitions, and easements of State land.

The Committee meets the Wednesday before the State Administrative Board meeting, in the Michigan Library and Historical Center, 702 W. Kalamazoo Street, Lansing, Michigan, at 11:00 a.m. The Amended 2008 State Administrative Boad Calendar of Deadlines and Meetings shows the assigned meeting rooms.  The agenda is prepared by DMB Design and Construction Division.

Beginning with the January 8, 2008, Building Committee meeting, the Building Committee meetings will be held the week before Ad Board on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. instead of Wednesdays.
