Kent County - Family Intervention Program
The prospective Contractor shall provide the following services:  Family Intervention Program, Education and Support for Adolescents, Parent Education, Therapeutic Social Recreational Activities and Mentorship.The winning bid will result in two separate contracts, to be funded by (1) State CSPP funds and (2) the Child Care Fund.  The DHS will rate the proposals, and at least half of the rating committee shall be DHS staff.

Branch County - Strong Families Safe Children funded Coordination Services.
a. Assist in planning/coordinating SF/SC meetings.
b. Facilitate the development of the SF/SC service plan and any plan amendments.
c. Attend SF/SC meetings as requested by the DHS Director/Designee to address SF/SC issues.
d. If requested, conduct focus groups related to SF/SC funded activities.
e. Collect and develop local DHS service outcome and objective data.  Report data to the DHS
   local office and complete the SF/SC Annual Report on forms provided by DHS.
f. As directed by DHS, track, gather, collect and regularly review county-wide data relevant
   to comprehensive child and family services planning related to local out-of-home
   placement numbers, rates, and trends.

 Contract Number 10-11  Contractor will produce an innovative downtown market analysis in the area of residential, commercial and office needs for up to six (6) communities in the State of Michigan during the contract period. The expectation is that the community and public will be involved in all aspects of developing the end product. With consultant analysis of data and trends, the plan will offer specific action/implementation steps for downtown revitalization tailored to the individual characteristics and needs of each traditional downtown or traditional commercial neighborhood district. However, all plans must also have a consistent format and philosophy.
