IT Master Vendor Program (MVP)

The Department of Information Technology and the Department of Management and Budget designed the Master Vendor Program in 2003 to create an expeditious method to procure information technology services for the State.

MVP opportunities are only available to those vendors who were pre-qualified in 2003.  Enrollment for MVP is currently closed.

Current MVP vendors and vendors interested in the program in the future are encouraged to review the Qualifications, Vendors, and Rate Structure in the Master Vendor Program .

Registering as a MVP Subcontractor

Qualifying as a subcontractor for the MVP prequalification program is accomplished by submitting the MVP Subcontractor form to the prime contractor in the category you desire to participate. Program requirements to qualify as a subcontractor are described in the form below.
