File size limitations

• The maximum size of an email message cannot exceed 15 MB total including the message header and the attachments.
• There is no restriction on the number of attachments.
• Please note that the destination mailbox provider may or may not accommodate the 15MB size limit. The customer may not receive the notification if it exceeds the customer's email provider's size limitation.

File type limitations

• The file type can ONLY be a PDF document. No other file types can be uploaded.
