Welcome to Michigan Business One Stop Customer Assistance

This document is designed to provide you with quick links to the various Customer Assistance features within Michigan Business One Stop. Our goal is to provide you with answers to your most common questions when you need them 24 x 7. If you cannot find the answer here, you may call the Customer Assistance Center, at 877-766-1779 located in Lansing, Michigan, during their extended Business Hours: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm EST or e-mail them through this link E-mail the Customer Assistance Center .

The Michigan Business One Stop has various types of help available to you. Along the bar at the top you will see a Help, Contact Us, FAQs and a Search option.

The FAQ will bring up this document, which has links to the most frequently asked question, customer assistance videos or the ability to enter your question in the Search box. Click on the items below for more information on the topic.

The Help provides information specific to each Michigan Business One Stop screen. As you advance through the application, the information provided to you will change to match the screen.

The Contact Us provides information for contacting the Customer Assistance Center.

The Search feature will search for documents containing the words you enter into the search box. After you complete your entry in the search box, press the Enter key or click on the Go button.
