The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) invites you to the Take a Stand for Workplace Safety and Health event.
August 10-14, 2026, MIOSHA is dedicating staff to visit Michigan employers, especially those in high-hazard industries, to help bolster their workplace safety and health. MIOSHA compliance and consultation staff will visit Michigan worksites to provide one-on-one consultations focusing on specific hazards and areas, as requested by the employer.
There will be no citations or penalties for participating workplaces. However, participants must agree to correct all serious hazards identified during the visit.
