In 2025, the Michigan House Oversight Committee subpoenaed a large number of election administration documents from the Michigan Department of State (MDOS). Because MDOS is committed to full transparency and responsible use of the authority of legislative committees, the department provided thousands of documents and materials in response while also making them publicly available online.
The matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of the courts and the information previously available on this page is being archived. Copies of the records previously posted here are available through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
