Eligible Participants

Borrowers must be located within the state of Michigan. Those eligible to borrow programs from the Resource Center include the following:

1) All regional police training academies approved by the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards providing the mandatory basic police training program.

2) All Michigan law enforcement agencies that employ Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards certified officers.

3) Colleges and universities with academic criminal justice training programs. The use of Resource Center materials will only be permitted if the training is for certified law enforcement audiences and not to a general academic audience.

Note: All materials from the Law Enforcement Resource Center are to be utilized solely in the training of Michigan law enforcement officers. Use of these programs is restricted to law enforcement training.
