TEN DIRECT METALLIC MINERAL LEASES - DEVELOPMENT AND DEVELOPMENT WITH RESTRICTION: Metallic mineral lease rights to 2,999.05 acres, more or less, of state-owned mineral rights have been requested by Prime Meridian Resources, Inc. of Iron River, Michigan, located in Sections 6, 7, and 18, T43N, R28W and Sections 1, 2, and 10 through 14, T43N, R29W, Felch Township, Dickinson County. TWO DIRECT NONMETALLIC SAND AND GRAVEL LEASES - DEVELOPMENT WITH RESTRICTION: Nonmetallic mineral sand and gravel lease rights to 80 acres, more or less, of state-owned mineral rights have been requested by the Dickinson County Road Commission of Iron Mountain, Michigan, located in Section 5, T43N, R27W and Section 26, T44N, R28W, West Branch Township, Dickinson County. SALE OF MINERAL AND ALLIED RIGHTS (MPA 913): Conveyance of state-owned ingress and egress to watercourses and mineral rights to NW1/4, N1/2 SW1/4, W1/2 NE1/4, and W1/2 SE1/4, all located in Section 23, T33N, R03E, Case Township, Presque Isle County, containing 400.00 acres, more or less, has been requested by Healy Lake Ranch LLC, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. The applicant has paid the appropriate fee(s) for the proposed deed. A Department of Natural Resources and Environment geologist determined the mineral rights, except the sand and value rights, are valued at $25.00 per acre and payment of $10,000.00 has been received, accordingly. Based on an independent appraisal supplied by applicant, the sand and gravel rights were determined to be valued at $20,553.00 and payment has been received, accordingly.
