November 2 General Election Voter History Deadline
The deadline for
all jurisdictions to enter voting history for the November 2nd
General Election is Friday, December 17th. This date
is significant because it represents the 45th day following the
election when a snapshot of the "official" statistical record, QVF Voter Turnout
Report, is recorded. Voter history entered after this deadline is
still recorded in individual voter records and reports produced through the
Custom Voter List module but will not be represented on the
"official" statistical record.
Please note that
the User Agreement and/or laptop Grant Agreement requires Electronic Poll Book
users to enter voting history within 14 days after all elections.
The User Agreement also requires all QVF Lite users to enter voting history in a
timely manner.
If you are the
clerk of a jurisdiction that does not have direct access to the QVF, it is
recommended that you work with your county clerk to ensure that this task is
completed by the above deadline.
Once the voter
history has been entered, there will be a delay of approximately two days before
the voter history will be reflected in the Voter Turnout report.
