Business and Residential Relocation

The Project Delivery Section of the MDOT Real Estate Division provides relocation expertise, assistance and training on complex, detailed business and residential relocations. Assists in the implementation of relocation policies, procedures and constitutional amendments, including the enactment of Public Acts 367, 369, 370, 371, 438 and 439 and the recent federally-mandated relocation regulation changes, effective in January, 2005. Serves as the Relocation Committee Chairperson for the International Right-of-Way Association and reviews/prepares all relocation appeals for the department.
